I am here to tell you about a story that, while no longer applies to today, may re-apply in the future.
A while back, in 2014, there was a popular hacking group named The Blazes.
They came to Roblox after Mojang deleted their minecraft account. They would always hack on servers, and especially anarchy ones.
On Roblox, since it's free, they abused VPNs and caused a bunch of mischief. Below is a list of all the hacks they have accomplished, according to one of my friends who used to be in The Blazes.
"Victim"[]
In May 2014, The Blazes committed their first act of mischief. Joining MM2, they made it so that, once the round started, everything would go back. Their role would instantly change to a role in dark red, named "Victim".
All the players could do was chat. They couldn't move, and even if they could, they can't see anything anyway. Apparently each player was put into a small black box, so they couldn't do anything at all.
Everyone was freaking out about what was going on, while a member of the Blazes, trying to stir up drama, said "It's an easter egg". The chat was relieved, but then he followed up with "And it bans you from MM2 forever."
Suddenly, the chat collapsed into an even stronger vortex of chaos and worry. "WHAT THE #### IS WRONG WITH THE DEVS? ##### #### ##### THE ####ING DEVS I SPENT ####ING MONEY ON THIS #### GAME", a furious player who had spent money on the game said.
The Blazes likely had a good round of laugher after this.
Then, to gain more power, the drama-inducing member from earlier said "You can prevent it though by joining the group "Blazes". You can even earn robux if you go there."
And that whole thing took place in 3 servers over 30 minutes.
But first, I should explain more about the blazes before we continue.
Before we Continue - Explanation[]
The group is long gone today, However, back in the day, it would tell you to click a YouTube link. This linked to a video on an account with botted subscribers (500K) and the video had botted likes. In the description, it linked a MediaFire link to a program. This program would then cookie-log Roblox and then configure your browser to ban you from accessing Roblox. It was especially devious because it didn't let you reset your password without re-installing your browser.
But, horrifyingly, some ex-members of the Blazes are considering rebuilding the Blazes.
Anyway, back to the stories.
"Chef"[]
In mid 2017, The Blazes reunited after a 3 year hiatus. They joined Bloxburg this time, and, believe it or not, I witnessed this event with my own eyes.
They sent just 1 account - a bacon girl. She would ask people to come into her house and cook for her for money. However, when you opened her fridge, you would get kicked saying "You have been banned from Welcome to Bloxburg for suspicious activity. Contact the group "Blazes" for more information and appeals.". I myself fell for it.
I myself went there and almost contacted them, until I noticed they only had 35 members and their message wall was closed, and to add to that, it hasn't changed in 2 months.
This immediately told me they were a hacker group.
Unfortunately, one of my friends at the time, Monitorhead92, who was also in the server, fell for it and joined.
As time went on, all he would say to me is stuff threatening me to join the blazes. At one point he even said he would trace my IP and kill me. Obviously an empty threat - Roblox is secured from IP traces.
When I joined him in game, he would just message me "Get out, you little ########.". He would appear hacking for 2 months until his account got deleted. So by the looks of things, when people join, they become puppets for the hackers to use. I assume that bacon girl was an unlucky little child who fell for it. The thought made me sad.
"Woof"[]
In later 2017, they joined Jailbreak.
Using an account with an actual dominus (It's beyond me how they managed to hack THAT guy), they advertised free keys. People who collected them would instantly die, get kicked for a message similar to Bloxburg, while everyone onscreen lost their heads and a strange song made of dog barks and "oof" noises played.
This one affected the most servers, surprisingly.
The Dissolvation[]
In early 2018, all servers of the VPN they were using were blacklisted on Roblox. As well, the leader got sentenced to several years in prison for theft.
A few days later, Roblox banned all alt accounts involved, all hackers involved, deleted their group, and refunded all victims of the money they have spent on their account.

If you see someone telling you to contact some obscure group, think twice and look for the red flags. You never know what you might really be getting yourself into.
