I know the 100 players' thing has died down a little bit, but I have a rather odd experience with these types of servers. I was playing on a normal server with a butt load of players. They all seemed to be too distracted to notice that strange events were occurring. I thought it was weird that nobody was noticing these things. These events just got weirder over time. For instance, the baseplate would begin to change color. Even the slightest tint would be shifted.
As time progressed, it started to do things other than change blocks. Randomly, people started dying. Only then did they notice. Players began to wonder what was wrong. At first, I thought it was an exploiter. But then again, exploiters would use scripts to THEIR advantage. I looked up to the player list, and my mouth began to settle to the floor. Peoples names were changing on the leaderboard, but not on their accounts or characters. Then, I realized it wasn’t an exploiter because scripts can’t edit player names. Another 5 minutes, and the game started doing odd things to my computer.
This is the part where I’d enter cliche mode and say my computer shut down, but it didn’t. It began to run very slowly. I checked my system monitors, and strangely, it wasn’t ROBLOX using up my RAM. The computer had a spontaneous memory leak, and I was forced to shut it down. After a while, it stopped using up memory, and I felt I had conquered the problem.
I actually hadn’t. I turned out, and when I logged back on, my account had been deleted. I decided to submit an appeal, but I got no response. Not even a decline.
